Time-based Surcharges
Surcharges apply depending on the time of your ride. These surcharges are cumulative.

| Belgian public holiday surcharge | +30% |
| Short notice booking (less than 24h) | +10% |

Time-based surcharges are cumulative and apply to the base fare.

Luggage Policy
- Maximum 4 bags per ride
- 2 bags free when the fare exceeds €100
Night Hours
The night surcharge applies to any ride with pickup between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Belgian Public Holidays
The public holiday surcharge (+30%) applies on the following days:
- January 1 – New Year's Day
- May 1 – Labour Day
- July 21 – Belgian National Day
- August 15 – Assumption of Mary
- November 1 – All Saints' Day
- November 11 – Armistice Day
- December 25 – Christmas
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
- Cancellation within 24 hours: full ride fare is due
